American Security Life Insurance Company Ltd. has published the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) for the reporting period ended December 31, 2019, pursuant to Articles 51, 256 and 256a of Directive 2009/138/EC and Articles 290 to 298 and 359 to 364 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35.

Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI):
Tax transparency should be increased and cross-border tax evasion should be prevented with the help of the global standard for the automatic exchange of information on financial accounts (AEOI). The global standard makes provision for the mutual exchange of information on financial accounts between states and territories that have agreed among themselves to the AEOI, as Liechtenstein.
The Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) portal (http://www.oecd.org/tax/automatic-exchange/) provides a comprehensive overview of the work the OECD and the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes in the area of the automatic exchange of information, in particular with respect to the Common Reporting Standard.
